Destroy The Remains

Destroy The Remains

A Poem by Passingdaze

We live under this weeping sky,

Desolate,broken,afraid to truly be ourselves.

The day drones on,

A familiar feeling of desperation creeping in.

The sun burns our tired eyes,

Life has broken us and left us here.

We exist only to burn,

Tormented souls waiting for a moment that will never come.
