Flirt

Flirt

A Poem by John Alexander McFadyen
"

Kira gave me the idea!

"

Wistful,

I wonder,

let my mind

play free.

I am tempted

but where

will this take us?

We stare

across the crowded

space,

an ocean of eyes

distant.

We swim

in warm

and sultry

wine,

a heady and

intoxicating mix.

I watch your

heaving breast

and know your

beating pulse

is flushed

with urgency.

Your milky skin

burns

to touch

and be touched

and I feel

the rise of

animal

passion

as you wink

and turn away.

Your poem makes me miss the 1970's when things were loose & easy & unpredictable like this, when we could start something & maybe finish it in the next gesture, back before attention-deficit had a diagnosis. Watch animals . . . your poem reflects the distracted way primates pursue passion, free from the expectations humans tend to throw on like a cold shower (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Hahaha...blame me why dont you :)))) Ah, an urgent passionate whisper in the dark -- a wink a smile that churn our hearts...I love the impromptu creative spark--we should do it more often :)

No it was very good and portrayed him as a hero and successful spy.

About
Well, have a long and complicated story and started it as an autobiography on Bebo but got writer's block/memory fogging. People liked it though and kept asking for the next chapter! fools.. more..
