Snow covered Branches sighing with Sunshine

Chickadees  are soft as Snow with sunshine smiles. 

as they sit perched on morning mists of dreams well spent...   

Christmas songs have all been rendered when Nat King Cole 

crooned Chestnuts on an Open Fire... we conspire together... 

Colored lights trim the Rooftops where sleigh bells play 

Silver Bells... it's Christmas time in the City where 

people danced around Macy's windows with fashions 

for a beautiful Lady... A Happy New Year to be Brave and well...

However, they seem to me to be a touch pensive, to remind us of a calm space from glorious and holy theatre, to the could be wild reel of midnight if bit at all enjoyable year past. dear Em... pensive means not cheerful or carefree... at least that is what Google said.
Our neighbors have decorated with colorful lights that we see more of from our home windows and I seem to see them through stained glass windows where the light shines through. The Spirit of Christmas is still part of celebrating love and giving. I love your description of a glorious and holy theatre.
Being sequestered does not keep us from seeing the Star from afar. It is an honor to see your touch of Wonderment. May the New Year bring healing to our World . Tenderly, Pat x

dearest Chris... you are an Angel with wings that reach across the Pond. I find you on my shoulder from time to time. We have Pansies that are surviving ... Cardinals and Mourning Doves and wee feathered friends gather on the ledge of our Deck. Roger is doing well with his dialysis three days a week for four years now. dear Robert... thanks for stopping by with encouragement. Throughout this Pandemic .. I have grown more humble to think of what so many have endured . Roger and U have been fortunate.. even though he is diabetic and takes dialysis for four years.. three days a week. He has breathing issues.... and yet we keep on going forward.

dear Betty... thank you for your charming review. We had A fairly light Snow on
Christmas this year. My Mother passed away in 1978.. at Christmas time. She was as beautiful and giving as Christmas can be.
She loved Flowers and Birds as I do also.
May the New Year be a year of healing and mending our Political innuendos ... shall we say... It would be lovely to work together to improve our Country and our Values.
