A Poem by Raven Lightner
"

I still do this once in a while, but by the end of the year it won't be last year's photo I'm looking at but this years'. Still asking myself, questioning...etcetera...

"
I sit down on my bed,
Open the drawer beside me,
pull it out.

I turn the page to your picture,
The one from last year,
The one I ignored until now.

I look at it and ask myself:
What do I really feel for you?
What do I really think?

My heart beats faster,
Faster...
Faster...

As I look at your picture from last
year
