What is it?

What is it?

A Poem by Pennywriter

What is it?

It’s a huge rock!

No! It’s a volcano!

No! It’s Fuji San

That you see from the Shinkansen.

It blazes past you,

Like stripes

On a window,

White and so far.

It tries to hide,

Behind tall buildings.

But how can it?

It’s so big!

I want

To fly to the

Top of Fuji San.

That would be “san”sational!

I will never understand just why so many strange anomalies exist in Japan:/ from the exotic species to the earthquakes to the tidal waves what a truly resilient people I would love to visit Japan some day and mount Fuji is as majestic a site as they come:)
