All She Can Do Is...

All She Can Do Is...

A Poem by Aileen

she stays in her room

day in and day out

she has the tv turned up

to drowned out the noise

at 6pm it'll start again

voices will rise

doors will slam

and all she can do

is site up in her room

and lissen

to the cursing

rissing voices

doors slaming

and all she can do is

turn up the tv

and lissen

just lissen

thats all she can do

she knows not to interfear

it'll only make it worse

all she can do

is lissen

just lissen
