Egypt's revolution !!

This is not a poem, just some thought about what's happening in times of revolution..

Suddenly everything changed,

 

Everything was calm, everything was peaceful.. at least so it seamed

Then suddenly everything changed,

 

The peace so widely spread disappeared in a heartbeat, the calmness all around, gone forever it seems..

A country in state of tension,

Then suddenly everything changed,

 

Political and social state of security in a flash of light went missing,

People in fear for their lives,

Our men, women, mothers, father, child and friends,

Who is safe, who is in danger,

Who is still alive?

 

Days of horror, days of unlimited fear,

Days never lived before

 

It went on for 3 weeks,

3 weeks of demonstrations, strikes, rumors

 

Then suddenly everything changed,

Happiness all around, a sense of triumph and pride

 

But why are we still living in fear?
