PAIN

LIFE, DEPICTING AN EMOTION, WHAT I WAS FEELING WHEN I WROTE IT.

 

 

 Pain, with out love, it's better to feel pain than nothing at all..  seems appropriate for my moods lately..  or at least when I wrote this. It is better to feel pain than nothing at all, at least if u r in pain, u know you are capable of feeling something, anything. If you can feel pain, then there is an opportunity to feel love, understanding, empathy, sympathy, kindess, hatred, but hopefully not..

That's been my world at times, unfortunately, a lot,  pain. Emotional pain, physical pain, (I'm lifting weights again, hope to compete by September). Pain should bring change, change should be for the better, pain is evolution, you should evolve from this and grow, so instead of seeing the cup half empty and saying why me? why this pain, I welcome it w/open arms -- scream to the world, "bring it on!" embrace it fully, face the challenge and overcome.. Any of you out there know what I'm talking about? Try my way, and write me, let me know if my philosphy works for you or just tell me I'm full of s**t, either way, I'm open to anything.......Joan.
