Freedom’s Song

 

Raise the flag,

Let it fly high.

Proudly recognize

America and her rights.

 

Blood, sweat, and tears

Accompanied the feat,

US Soldiers lives snuffed out--

Freedom’s song remembers their strength.

 

We enjoy liberties

Once thought would not stand.

Now we have freedoms

Throughout our great land.

 

The price paid richly,

Sacrifices made.

One nation under God--

Freedom’s song on display.

 

America the cherished

Lives and breathes

Beneath the Red, White and Blue,

Forever free.

 

Enjoy this day and every day,

For America still stands strong.

Making her voice heard

By way of freedom’s song!
