As your God I'll offer you a better life

It will be the one you make

And as your God I'll offer you a better wife

She will be the one you take

And as your God I'll offer you a better strife

It will be the one you snake

And as your God I offer you a better fife

It will be the one you wake

And as your God I'll offer you a better rife

And it will be the one you stake

And finally as your God I'll offer you a better knife

And it will be the one you sake

I would want to be the God of fools. That way I can lie to my believers and have them in total blind faith believe in nonsense. Unfortunately, the job has already been taken. So I'll settle for a pinwheel and a funny hat. A poem with a deeply profound message.
