Upon Gentle Streams

Upon Gentle Streams

A Poem by Jack Cassidy
"

Freeing yourself by letting go...

"
Its gaze upon gentle streams,
waters a soul.
Warmth of heart stretches outwards,
the touch is soft.
With no break in its rhythm,
always honest.
Memories now comforted,
and fast asleep.
Exalted and so humbled,
sweet sister flows.
Caressing the banks beside,
floating dreams still.
An old past now swept away,
I wave goodbye.
