Invisible

Invisible

A Poem by PoetryPenPal

I stand in front of you,
But you see through me
Like I'm here to me,
But to you, not.
I feel the grief you emit
From your pain drunken heart,
But you go unnoticing
And I go unnoticed.
I scream to you,
At the top of my lungs,
But you're too busy
Listening to the silence behind it.
That silence took hold.
Took the reins and held tightly.
Grabbed you and whispered,
"This is the end."
And you reach out for nothing,
And find everything in me.
Because my love may be invisible,
But it can't go unnoticed.

I agree.
"Because my love may be invisible,
But it can't go unnoticed."
Love need concern, kindness and proof. Words and actions keep love alive. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
