A Writer Thing

A song I wrote about writer things. Since none of my friends are 'writers' these are the usual thoughts that play in my mind and I decided to pen them down. I hope you enjoy. :)

Clicks of pens,

Bites of lips,

Dozen times a day.

Sit through the day,

On your desk,

While words in your mind play.

"Don't you get bored?"

People say,

You just smile and say,

"It's a writer thing,

You catch that bug in a swing."

On your way,

To make the words out,

You almost shout,

"Yay!"

It's just a writer thing.
