Describing importance of education

Education is learning standard way of living,
Education differentiates us from animals,
Education is just the exercise of mind,
Education brings employment,
Education keeps us advanced and updated,
Education is the reason behind country's development,
Education too removes poverty.
Education brings humanity in people too.
Education removes evils of society too.
Some people think education is a waste of time,
Lack of education is still in some rural areas,
Living without education is useless.

Your description of "education" includes all the important aspects & good details. I've never been any place where education was NOT considered necessary & satisfying, but I know there are people who don't enjoy it at all. I am not a fan of using the same word to start almost every line. It seems like these beginnings could be mixed up a little, so your poem wouldn't sound repetitive. But I think I've seen other pieces from you with a similar style, so maybe this is what you feel most comfortable with (((HUGS))) Fondly, Margie

Quite an interesting topic you chose writing on. Education is, of course, a way of living. Such a standard it brings to life. Boldness it what carries to modernism, but when it comes to employment, such a shame it is to be saying that, today's youth --- esp. the ones holding highly proactive degrees ---- are still jobless, and ev'n offered very low-raise jobs. +2 passed people, and peons are ev'n earning 15k-20k per month than a b.tech and MBA guy. So yeah... "Education certainly brings employment", but not exactly. Enjoyed reading your poetry, Pragya. Your thoughts had my attention. Looking forward to reading and reviewing your stuffs, shortly.

even though some make it without education, in general it really is a way to better ourselves....i surely hope it helps people since i am smack dab in the middle of it, teaching at two colleges...
