Everything That Was Once Human

Everything That Was Once Human

A Poem by Prates

We become strangers to the world when there is desensitization.
A worse substitute of hate, because
The significance disappears when no longer someone feels for us.
The only desire that fills us now
It’s not feeling again whatsoever.
Like everything, desensitization generates more of it.
And looking for a replacement to fill the void that now exists.
But how to do it when we realized that we are already gone?
How to do it when you no longer wish to live?
Abstracting from all doesn’t work.
But being overwhelmed by our own sky.
Back to living, overwhelmed by the skies of others.
Nothing changes in us, everything is renewed in the others.
And we became wanderers.
How I wish I was an ignorant of life, going to the streets and shout out loud
And just leave.
Everything that once was is no longer human.
It’s just a beastly way to exist
Being flesh without north.

It is the new government way to control the people. Desensitization is a process that is put in over a time period to control the thoughts of the population. Here in USA. The forced health care that did not help the one's who needed the help. Just insure the Doctors and Lawyers will get paid. If I could find a way to have no debt. I would like to leave and escape this craziness. A powerful poem. The human touch had faded away to computers talking to you and long lines for help.
