Shine

Shine

A Poem by ProCoacoa

Maybe you should leave for a while
Give yourself some space
The time away will give you strength
To get to a happier place

Nothing lasts forever
And eventually everything must end
This conclusion is just the beginning
Your heart just needs to mend

So pick yourself up and just go
Do not stop
Walk till your feet are bleeding
And your body just drops

Because you will get over it
And a better life you will live
There will be no more melancholy
Only love and joy you will give

To yourself and
Around you, to everyone
You will glow, you will shine
You will shine better than the sun

I enjoyed this piece. It doesn't start with the darkness you were walking away from, but after it. I think that is why I liked it. The cause was over. Now, it is time to just do it. To Shine. Thanks for sharing.

Thank you, sonnie :)
This is truly a wonderful piece of writing sometimes we have to get away from a situation to find our way back to where we belong:)
