Love and Math

Is there even any connection between them? Well YES! THERE IS

Love is a little or a lot like Math.

Like how it's damn hard to understand at first,

And when you finally get the answer you were looking for you are brimming with joy and confidence.

It also keeps you awake with night trying to solve the problems and solutions.

It makes you think about it so much that you're staring at the ceiling till 3 am (I get this when I can't find the answer and tomorrow is submission.

And when you lose focus (in Math class) and stray your attention elsewhere... well I'm not sure if you'll like to know the consequences.

Lastly, no matter how troublesome it is, it'll follow you anywhere and anytime it's always there.

From a child trying to be taught 1, 2, 3 to a student being shoved with algebra and calculus down your throat, and when we grow up to an adult we need it to continue our day-to-day lives.

But what makes them so alike in my terms, well...

In Love and Math I'm both completely hopeless!

I hope one day to lay one (1) flower on the grave of the nerd that was gifted by God with the intelligence to invent the calculator. Just one. Not divisible by anything but itself - that I want to know about anyway.

Yeah, that jerk had entirely too much time on his hands. I have never, EVER, needed an algebra formula to solve a problem. Fractions? Yeah, and they originated from a slightly level of Hell higher than algebra, but...again. CALCULATOR. As vital to my life as Milky Way candy bars.
