I Want To Go Home

I Want To Go Home

A Poem by Roxie Sawyer Mitchell
"

Another poem based on my abusive childhood.

"
I died so long ago
My ghost still haunts this house
If you walk along this place,
You’ll still be able to hear my screams.

There, this stain
Blood on this wall
Part of me died there
Now I am no one at all.

If you walk along this house
And you meet my ghost,
Cry with them
And beg them to come home.
