HOW DOES ONE

HOW DOES ONE

A Poem by Keith Williams
"

how do we fall in love have u really asked yourself that question?

"

How does one
fall in love
not foolishly played
like a violin
the strings of the heart
vibrating to the touch
of the passion within

How does one
fall in love
not letting their guard down
like a idiot
waiting to be seduced
over, and over again
denying the urges of a hypocrite

How does one
fall in love
dangerously i assume
like a rattler in a crowded room
waiting to strike
when cupids arrow
truly spells their doom

How does one
fall in love
not letting tears fall down
emotions get the best sometimes
oh! the joyful bliss
of a sweet passionate kiss
can make forgiveness
just a moment in time

How does one
fall in love
not foolishly played
like a violin
