Deflowered Magnolia

Deflowered Magnolia

A Poem by Ranger Nadaly

Throat coated from heat,
Weed dancing in my body.
My thumb trembling over the bowl
His eyes everywhere except me.

Words soon become distant,
And he realizes my existence.
Grabbing me softly with his hands,
His lips connecting us.
Never letting go of each other after that.

I find myself standing, bag still on my shoulders
His arms encircling me, my lips never giving up

"You're a good kisser ..."

I smile at his awkward words.
His eyes won't leave me now,
As he takes me under the park slide,
Smoothing my body out on the ground.
My skin feels cold as he touches me.
My heart is as slow as my brain now.

His mouth is warm in me and on me.
I bite my lips to keep from disrupting the perfect silence I feel
His face returns to mine and I love him holding me.

New and not afraid I break the silence,
As his voice and trembles fill my ears.
Returning the favor,
I feel appreciated.

"What do you wanna do ..."

I lead him back on top of me.
Never confident, but safe.
Soon he tenses up,
I'm unaware of any touch
Until I am.

My eyes tear up and my legs are paralyzed.
My breath is sharp
My body is tight
My heart finally beating
My eyes on the sky
His lips on my neck

Blood stains my leg.
We sit there, oblivious to everything else.
Or at least I am.
We talk. We laugh.
And then it's all over.
And I'm home,
Rewinding his goodbye kiss
Over and over.

And He's
Back to his ex girlfriend
Back to his college
Back to his life
And I'm stuck in mine.
