Society

Society 7.18.13

Normal,

Something everybody wants to be; hidden in a crowd and not standing out.

Normal,

Something nobody could ever achieve, because we’re all unique as seashells,

Our ripples carved by the contact of our surroundings.

Normal,

Merely just a setting on a rank and foul washing machine,

In the corner of a dimly lit corner of an Apartment’s basement.

Diversity, originality, and the abilities of causing a scene.

But, everyone’s afraid of being seen; a target for change.

And, why may that be?

Because of Society and it’s vicious dreams.

To own and destruct; swish, swish. Manipulate and destroy; clank, clank.

Stereotypes and labels describe who we really are, categorizing us into stables.

Cornered, Confined, and caged; we’re all just cattle; agitated, anxious, annoyed and insignificant.

But, we’re not.  Up.

We’re just human beings, Swim

To

Trying
