Bleeding

Bleeding

A Poem by Rayne
"

Peom I wrote when I was remembering about when I used to cut. I do not cut anymore, I have no need.

"
I make a cut in my skin.
Blood oozes out of the wound
Pain comes with the blood.
Red like the eyes that haunt me at night
Red like fire
I welcome the sight of my own blood
I welcome the pain that comes with the blood
I open another cut
Watch as more blood leaks on my arm
Watch as I put the knife to my arm slitting more wounds.
Wounds to remind me of the pain that people have caused me.
I welcome this pain so that I dont feel the sorrow
Tired of feeling sorrow all the time so I cut my arm
Watch as the red blood oozes from my wounds.
Watch as the wound becomes evoloped in red blood.
I start to make designs in my skin
Blood starts to fill the lines creating the design.
Bleeding to feel something other than sorrow.

Author's Note

Rayne
I do not cut anymore and really hope people will not tell me that cutting is wrong and hurtful. I have learned that on my own. I havent picked up a razor in 3 years.
