In love we trust

In love we trust

A Poem by Raymond Collado

She came into my life out of no where
I'm loving her hair and I'm loving her stare.
And I wanna be right right there.
In her arms while I fall asleep while she looking at me hoping that I have sweet dreams.
Baby girl you're so good to me.
How can this be?
You were sent to me from the man up above.
So that we can save each other from all the pain and just fall in love.
And s**t that's alright with me.
So just ride with me.
Like a car in the street.
driving down a road.
We gone remember these precious moments later when were old.
And share stories that must be told.
And when the nights are cold.
I'll keep you warm.
I'll keep you safe.
I'm her king yes I'm her ray.
Get it?
That's my name.
And this ain't a game.
For with you I want to remain.
Just make a wish.
I'll make it come true with just one kiss.
I know you don't want to miss none of this

this is bliss without ignorance.

oh heavenly heaven i feel like I'm eleven

I think about you like 24/7

all through the day and all through the night

even when you're right by side.

i swear this is a secret I can't hide.

when I grab the pen and I begin to write.

I have a good feeling that we are here to change each others lives,

for the better,

through the rain and even sunny weather.

I swear there's just nothing more better.

than this, than us.

in love we trust.

This was awesome! It actually sounded like a song! Almost maybe like it could be applied to a hip hop song. Very good flow and use of words, has a modern day vocabulary that can is very relatable. Great job.
