Ghost Lights

Ghost Lights

A Poem by Reese38

Am I mad

    to love a woman

         who's made of ghost lights?

The articles tell me

    I should move on

to collect every love note from her web.

I say, I'd rather stay mad

    and love a woman

made of ghost lights, rather than ghost women made of paper mache.

yes you are mad~ =)~ and the beauty of the poem proves it so~ that image of women filled with prisms and women made of pasted papers~ you done a helluva spinerette here my friend~ for some odd reason ~despite your author's not (frown)~ I was thinking more along the lines of the untouchable cast parameters still enacted in some cultures~and then of course my mind started going off on all tangents~ so I will just tell you how whisperingly smooth this writing is~

The depth of your meaning is undeniable. Haunting poem. And one more thing, I know exactly what you mean.

I say, I'd rather stay mad

and love a woman

made of ghost lights, rather than ghost women made of paper mache.
