Rhapsody

Rhapsody

A Poem by Revery

Untitled

On the borders, the edge of the boundaries,

there is another color, with a flavor all its own,

where desire is pulled and tugged along by curiosity

and rhapsodies are dances with mystery.

Magnifique ! et un bon choix de photographie ~

There is that otherworldly place where we go in our minds, and it slips up with surprise and unrelenting pull. Wonderful gem of a piece.

Thanks ZeniaK, the poem was written totally off of my reaction to running across this photo.

It's a very pretty photo, too. :)
You have beautifully captured the color and dance of this "Rhapsody"...
I never expect anything less than pure elegance in your writing...
As the years pass, you become more eloquent with your writes...more graceful in the dance..

Lovely airbrushed word, my dear friend.~xoxo~:)

The picture is alluring....you captured well the power of the mind and it's hidden, fantastical seductions . The blurring of those lines-between fantasy and reality, is when we get in over our head. So we write poems to release the pent-up energy!!! lol.

Adore the title, suggestive word, suggestive read, you danced around lusty interludes with reckless abandon very nicely here Revery. Love this.

Hinting at a secret seduction. Will curiousity kill the readers who wonder where your poem is leading? I liked this. A tease! Lydi**

I like this one....it has subtle but sensual undertones (at least that's how I read it, but I can read sensuality in everything :)

"there is another color, with flavor all its own"

Curiosity pulling to see what's just beyond.......

A tempting little piece that I really enjoyed.
