What If The Capitol Rioters Were Black?

What happened to the show of force

They showed us during

The BLM Protest rally in D.C?

Of course we were treated differently

Because they believe that people

That look like me

Should be aggressively handled

As they view BLM Protesters as

Hooligans and vandals

So now do you understand

Why the protesters

At Capitol Hill were

Treated differently?

It is because they

Weren’t minorities

Still if

The Capitol Rioters Were Black

They would have attacked

With boots to our backs

Guns drawn and tear

Gas flying

Many more us would be

Dying and being arrested

As decency and democracy

Would both have been tested

But despite

Barricades being breached

They still protected their lives

Although only 4 died

However,

Many still survived

As Pro-Trump supporters

Reached the House and Senate floors

Busting out windows and kicking in doors

Taking selfies and posting the

Anarchy

On IG and FB

As Twitter became bitter

And outraged as they

Permanently

Banded the account of T-R-U-M-P

Holding him accountable

For the anarchy

As his followers

Post pics of the damage

As the Capitol Police

Failed to manage

The carnage

All because Trump lost

As the cost of this is more

Than any war

That has been waged

Before or currently

Yet, we can get past this

Or get a pass from this

Or a reprieve as the

Need to make

Us bleed is the creed

America still believes in

So we must realize that

It is by design for us not to

Win or succeed

Because of the color of our skin

this is the very shameful truth...
I lived through the sixties, through the Civil Rights Movement...and I feel we have
strode backwards...
Equality in America is a non-entity.
We have gone back in time...and made poor use of the time we have had since the sixties.

This was extremely good, what if the rooters were black? This raises a good discussion piece. However, I could not help but notice the use of anarchy in here. I can say for certain that that was definitely not anarchy, as their goal was to make trump president, not to go without a ruler. Secondly, as an anarchist, I feel it my duty to explain the common stereotype and bad media against anarchy. Anarchists are not for chaos, it is simply the belief that no man is higher or lower than another. It's about reaching into communities and supporting your fellows while fighting the injustice of the government. Like all beliefs, there are extremists but it is not the majority. Anarchists want peace. Not chaos.
