                             Depression

                       Depression is unwanted pain,

                                sadness causes depression.

                      Depression is sad in the heart.

                          sadness in the heart causes darkness.

                     darkness is bad

                     depression is bad

                   so open your heart and let the light in.

                        and be happy and have a good laugh with frinds and family.
