The Way She Move's

A Poem by Rossen
"

Homeless man walks into a bar...

Rhythmic bones that sway into this night
Her eye catching way, keeps my heart a flight
Forty voices crossing, she is all that I hear
Over thirsty tavern patrons waiting on a beer
Her gaze through this crowd, cheers my dreary soul,
Wile I line up pool balls and knock them in the holes
She is mixing cocktails, shots, long island ice teas
A tall drink of water is what she makes for me
I cant help but to look, every chance I get
Lost in the way she moves... simple pleasure yet

When her rhythmic bones begin to sway...
I fall into her rhythm, and gently... slip away~

i think he homeless more in heart than literally here...and i really like how she fixes him with just a simple glass of water....

just like a simple look or touch.

he's in her corner, in her pocket.

Rossen! You are letting your eye wander around the bar. I hope you caught her eye.... I love this poem. It is beautiful, flows really well, and you put the reader in that smoke-laden bar amongst the 30 patrons and the beautiful bartender. I really enjoyed being transported to this location even for a short little while. Thank you for sharing this beautiful part of your mind. :)

You are welcome. Take care....:)
Simple words, yes...but so very lovely. Your words float upon the page almost effortlessly - as if in a dream. I love romantic poetry and this is stunning.

"Lost in the way she moves" I love it when I am forced to admire a womens beauty or sincerity.

Some good lines in here.

Simple it is but yet so romantic. Love finds when we least expect it to.
