Captivating

Captivating

A Poem by Rudi J.P. Lejaeghere
"

For eternity...and longer.

"

I want to be the seed and the fruit

your cross pollination,

a hummingbird

the turmeric in your mustard

at least the lines

on the leave

my rosemary

where I shall write

some words between

eternally green

eternally captivating

anointed with the blue

of lavender

sky of the heaven

squeezed

out of two rainbows

I want to live in you.

'I want to live in you.'

Whilst a few words aren't quite correct, your intended beauty and meaning is laid so very well.

Your English is a billion times better than either my Dutch or Belgian... congratulations!
