Seaside

Seaside

A Poem by SPF

Sand and sun
Waves and rocks
Wooden piers and wooden docks
Gentle pulls,
And under tow
Waves rocking to and fro
Sunbeams shining,
Warm grains of sand,
Many shells rest in my hand
Waves wash,
Against my feet
Their pattern timed with my heart beat
Waves washing,
To and fro,
My love, how I miss you so.
