Sunflower/Sara Kendrick
Found Burdock growing on our land on a hillside going to the creek ...Did not know what the species was but found info when writing this poem..It is medicinal..At one time was eaten and still is used as food source in Asia...Is used as medicine in Asia...

Seems a to talk about life...the flower and the essence and the passing...I like how you put an excerpt in the Author's note about the flower and give us a history of the Burdock in a more define understanding to the reader...
