Simple

Simple

A Poem by Sara
"

...

"

And there she was across the road

Hands out graciously to a beggar

Swept back hair and dewy eyes

-Cannot remember her looking any different

This is truly who she is

Soft hair soft skin

Wind blown face remembers when

There was something happening

But no one knows what to call it

   -Something with romance

But no one knows how to claim it

Her and I

Two stars in a simple sky

I remember I remember

But I won’t admit

I like the random nature of this... like, I don't know... haha... I don't. believe it or not... I don't. :-P But this reads very well, it carries itself along quite nicely. Maybe just a little more of a clue as to who she is?? 'cause uhhh, I don't know. I could hear this being read aloud. Nice beat.
