You can't stop me

I wish I could make you understand, 

Hurting you was not part of my plan, 

Open your eyes to see, 

That I'm not who I seem to be, 

I wish I could stop this person I'm becoming, 

But I'm sorry- this dark is forthcoming, 

I don't want to hurt you- 

But yet I can't let go, 

Can't you see I'm insane?

It's not easy to let it show, 

So I keep trying to set you free,

Watching you slowly back away, 

But those dreams keep hitting me- 

So then I catch you again like prey,  

I wish you could watch the movie behind my eyelids, 

I wish you could see the screaming inside, 

I wish you could understand

That the will in me has died,

Can't you understand?

 You can't stop me! 

I'll hurt you like you hurt me,  

You can't stop me-
