Monsters, you can stay.

Monsters, you can stay.

A Poem by Sara S.

I lay here and think,
"I'll just let the world pass by me".
As this earth spins in circles
I lay here,
Silent and still.
This way
no one could touch me.
For I am invincible.
I can say and wonder whatever I desire.
And you monsters can't judge me,
even if you're hiding in my head.

I liked the attitude you describe in the poem........ I could relate to that.......and honestly a fantastic poem.......
I have read your three poems by far.....and i construe you like darker themes......the kind that appeal to me the most!! So thank you for sharing and keep up the good work.

you're most welcome :)
Very cool. I'm into your style in all three pieces here so far, and this is the early favorite. Possibly because my cranium is a halfway house for all manner of demons, and possibly because you're just good at this sort of thing.
