Pretend

Pretend

A Poem by Sara S.

Disgust is smeared all over your
horrendous looking face.

Your deep ocean blue eyes,
drown me,
with the hate that goes deep into my soul.

Your vicious blonde hair curled to the side,
dragging you into a human
who isn't you.

Your repulsive smile,
drags in imbecile girls.

Meaningless laughs
which mean nothing to the world.

Forsaken is all you will ever be.
Happiness will not dare to cross your path.

Well, love can both make a person or break a person......usually all love leaves behind is intense pain and hollowness......forcing us to pretend.....pretend to live!! Your poem beautifully describes this state in a person.... A very nice poem.....keep sharing......
