Terra Nova

Terra Nova

A Poem by Katie Lynn
"

A star that will always shine a thousand times brighter than it should.

"

Deep in the galaxies of your eyes,
Where millions of stars exist,
I see the light of countless ages,

Burning within their midst.

Endless explosions, over again,
Erupt in brilliant light,
As the sun turns her wayward shine,
On your eyes, clear and bright.

Your crystal eyes are my heaven,
Full of celestial bliss,
With one glance, you lock me within,
You seal it with a kiss.

I will remain trapped forever,
I will never stray far,
As long as I am on this earth,
You’ll always be my star.
