Dreamtime Lullaby

Dreamtime Lullaby

A Poem by Kloverfield
"

I don't even know where this came from, but it felt calming

"
Speak poetry to me, my dears,
Quiet all my fears.
Walk with me in the dead of night.
I wish I would not fright.
Quietly I watch,
And silently I dream,
Swirling, do not talk,
Thoughtful, I do seem.

Good poem, really like the my dears in the first line, that pulls the reader into a kind of intimate irony, good rhyming scheme, good write.

Very pretty, kind of describes how much of a love and companion poetry is to a true poet.

I like this write, I am glad I dropped in, the poetic mind is one that spends its day in the dream clouds while reporting all it observes, well penned!
