The Will to Live

The Will to Live

A Poem by A. L. Robinson

I know there are much bigger things

in the world than I,

But that doesn't mean I won't drown

in the tears I cry.

Even though there are worser fears

than what lies inside,

Can't make the heart beat faster once

it slows down to die.
