If only Time would Rush!

I only wish you were here,

Not so far but near.

The winds don’t comfort me,

Neither the clouds can cheer,

My heart that beats lonely,

With no one close to hear.

No one to catch the smile,

That touches my lips,

 No one to catch the tear,

That drops out of my eyelids.

I long for a kiss,

A hug sometimes,

But there is for me,

Not much respite.

Stuck in that one moment,

When you walked,

Into my life,

Stuck in that one moment,

And I can’t forget,

Your ways, childlike.

In my dreams,

Since then, Every Night,

I walk with you,Hand in hand,

Down the road,That scared me,

Until you came along.

I wonder often, When those dreams,

Would turn into, My Reality,

Stuck in that one moment,

Which I could freeze,

And frame that bit.

In my memory,

Just you and me,

The two of us,

Together and happier,

If only time would rush.

Your rhythm and rhyme are delectable.. I love the flow and how it does not interrupt the message. I also like the honest that seems to come out, through out..
