She Walked the Line

She walked the line a little too far,
He cut the cord a little too fast,
And now she is on her own
Doesn't know where to go
Won’t you at least give her; one last chance?

She once had the whole world under her feet,
He was the one to fulfill every need,
And now alone she dreams,
of Deception and Miseries,
Won’t you calm her; when she wakes up from sleep?

She was once happy, she once knew bliss,
He said, for her smile, he could kill,
And now alone she smiles,
On How Destiny had her tricked,
Won’t you go tell her; sometimes there is no free will?

She let go easy, she put her walls down,
He promised he’d hold her, that they are together bound,
And now she is bruised,
From how hard she fell,
Won’t you go pick her up, and nurse those wounds?

Yes she walked the line a little too far,
And He cut the cord a little too fast,
And now she is on her own
Doesn't know where to go

It hard to back-track in a relationship. After words are said and deeds done. Many lines cannot be fixed. A very good poem. Most of us wish for thing lost too late. Life teaches us bad lessons. We miss the good things when they are gone. The poem is outstanding. A second chance is rare.
