A Poem by AchingAlexandra

Oh the feeling ,
as it goes up your nose . . .
Then the familiar taste ,
of back drip ,
What a rush .

Then as it goes ,
through my body ,
and I slowly ,
become happy ,
excited ,
peaceful .

Then my body speeds up ,
and so does time ,
and before I know it ,
the sun is rising ,
I feel it's sweet ,
sweet serenity ,
fill my body with love .

Then I start to come down ,
thirst , and hungry ,
though still refusing to eat ,
for that is why I really ,
honestly do the speed ,
to help me lose the weight ,
I know I won't lose otherwise .

I love you ,
My beautiful speed ,
but if I'm honest with myself ,
I could , and should ,
Live Without You .

wonderful poem

solid, passionate write about a love we can all do without...
I couldn't have gotten through college without our love
thank goodness I broke up with her....before it was too late
hope you win the battle

I like it, but it lost a little consistency in the last two stanzas.

I have watched many die from this drug... it is a shame you feel you need it to lose weight... I blame that on society and the media.

..All this time I thought Speed was like..chewable pills..
Anyways, back to the point,
It kinda hurts to know that this is what you've resorted to in order to make yourself happy with who you are but it's your choice and I know I won't be able to talk you out of it.
All I'm going to do is stand beside you through it.
I love you Alex ♥
And your saddening but still beautiful poem :)

Addiction is always a real pain in the arse, isn't it?

I'm a really nice person, but I have a lot of issues. I love writing, it helps ebb the regular pain I have. First name: Courtney Middle Name: Alexandra I'm purely myself. I don't change to fit.. more..
