This work is written to remind the readers it gets to respect and empathize with those in life and that we are connected in the event timeline of history.

Society and the chains of dependence

A story, its a grouping of words to explain a thing more complex than the words make it seem to be. Well this story is one lived by the entirety of the human species. And this story tells of survival and the link lost between man and man formed by basic flaws of the evolution of human beings.

We all began as one person morphed within another, bound to our mothers, from almost the moment of conception we are dependent on another being. Even the greatest are brought into the world like this Einstein, Nikola Tesla, and the rest of humanity behind them are born onto another.
This factor of dependence spurs another, almost like the base of a tree that will grow to house more and more branches in the future. This tree is quite different from other factors in life for this one is only ending when life itself ends. Cutting on dependence factor just grows two more in its place. I'll give you an example as such, lets just go with the ball we have rolling already okay good?
From conception to birth you are dependent on your mother and on her only but she is dependent on the mail man who will deliver her work check so she can eat and therefore you can eat. That is two dependence factors and we haven’t even gotten to the fun part yet. The postal man depends on his boss who writes his check for him to eat and deliver mail to your mother who  uses the check she gets to feed you. There is a chain of dependence right in front of your eyes, now lets change a variable for instance the postal man's personal car that he uses to get to work.
His car breaks down making him late for work thus getting him fired. He doesn't deliver the mail but his friend from the postal service does, this friend drops the mail out front instead of in the mail slot. The check gets soaked by the rain of the late afternoon and by the time your mother gets off work and walks up the sidewalk she finds it destroyed thus she isn’t able to buy any groceries and this changes the amount of nutrients you receive as a fetus and this makes you different because of dependence.
The reason I explained this is to show that the strength of one person is the strength of them all, We live in a world where the actions of one man changes all of history. So how can a world of such opportunity and power breed such segregation when the world is literally changed by one molecule's displacement, its the very thing that chains history's greatest to the ground or pushes them to the greatness they become in time. Dependence.

I enjoyed it. I often watch shows that remark the inextricably links and bonds we share with people like in "Touch" etc... but all you said is true, it is the basis of society and as humans we are bound to live as one. That is why I often make my characters oppose reality (THIS in particular, actually). It is not that we do not know what you wrote here, but we often forget (some more than others) and I say that the purpose of your poem you stated in the description is fully attained. There are countless events in history occur not just because of dependence but "coincidence" itself... but that only leads us to be dependent of the actions other people will do, that is not on your control. Thank you so much for writing this, it gave me a reality slap. c:
