A Dream

It May be The Most Dreadful Dream for a Lover...

It seemed as if you know me 

since thousand years.. 

The way you looked at me 

while you sipped your beer, 

I might have been confused 

but your thoughts were clear,

I saw in your eyes 

They had a smear cheer 

I was half-conscious 

as I   came and sat by your side 

I could though feel your charm 

on my cheek.. 

Neither you uttered 

nor could I speak,

I felt your scent 

It was mesmerizing and sweet 

But I could sense.. 

It had an unknown potent

To make me lie down 

A potent enough..

to shut my eyes 

I could see a shot of anger 

in you 

But I was still 

searching for its cause... 

And before I could actually find it, 

I felt a sudden pause 

My eyes opened to the sunshine 

Only to make me realize 

That the fault was mine.. 

I was dreaming!
