True Love Fact or Fiction

True love does'nt suppose to hurt, yet we live in a world where love is crippled...So I question why, "is true love fact or fiction?

They say true love never dies

But it goes in circles and promise you lies

If it's truly in the heart

Then why does love, always depart?

 

It goes around and back again

And starts all over, where it begin

People say it truly exists

So why does the heart, begins to resist?

 

So many loves have come and gone

If it's real, "what the HELL went wrong"

I believe in love, the kind God gives

For I know in my heart, his love is for real

 

The broken hearts, throughout the time

Maybe it only, exist in the mind

True love seems to be a contradiction

I have yet to believe, if it's Fact or Fiction

Excuse my language in this poem, but this is the only way I could get my point across, as you can see I have a problem believing in true love.

I don't believe you need to apologize for the language because that's how you truly feel and besides I really don't believe you will offend anyone with your choice of words. You are a passionate writer and it shows with your emotional expressions, which by the way are very poignant. When you express your true inner feelings, who can down you for being honest and staying true to yourself because that's where it starts!! If you can't be true to yourself, how can you be with anyone else? I enjoyed this poem as it describes very vividly what many people are thinking but are afraid to stand up to and face!! Thank you for not being afraid to stand up and keeping it 100%!!
