Teenage affliction

Teenage affliction

A Poem by Sherbs Dreaming Tree Of Poetry

This life is too short
No balance of time in this imbalanced world
When they want women for abortions just so they can kill another baby
Those not killed are just premature crack babies
Its just babies making babies,
No sense of responsibility,
Just another cheap fix,
They see it as more money,
When the government pay them,
No-one obeys their parents,
No-one cares for our babies,
They just have dreams filled with maybes,
No future for our babies,
All the young ladies becoming nothing,
Stripping in the clubs until they be naked,
Just to feed a babies baby.
There isn't anymore options,
Just another adoption auction,
A mothers love is sacred,
And all they do is fake it.

This is a hard subject. I have my two oldest girls living with me. The both have baby boy. I babysit for free the boys. Best days of my life. A parent become more kinder after raising four kids. I believe we need education. I was lucky when I got crazy and wild. I was station in Germany. I was taught birth control and common sense by kids younger then me. German kids knew the bad and the good at a young age. Your words are true. Nothing as wonderful as a mother's love. Thank you for the powerful poem. Open the door to a wide open discussion. A excellent poem.

...you said baby a lot. i don't know. there's just too much of the same cynical wording and easy vocabulary. however, the phrase "adoption auction" makes me hum. awesome.

The slated mixture of societys need to punish and our personal needs to shine have always been at odds with each other, a great read.

Its so saddening in society today...amongst many other things..peer pressure is all too profound...girls think having a baby will solve everything..when it won't...beautifully expressed love, profound piece xoxo
