Secret Of The Three Pillars

Secret Of The Three Pillars

A Poem by Shidare
"

This was inspired by a sunset I observed... The sun being a fiery red/orange with two, mysterious rainbow pillars on either side of the sun. The whole scene looked like a doorway to Heaven!

"
Last glow of Sun presents an unknown choice
A doorway for the most worn of men
Two rainbow pillars hold an orange star
Opening the West like a vault long forsook
As Dusk spews its last blood
Ten minutes before Twilight's lock
Vermilion arms stretch straight upward
Rays blend into one
Tired child, flash your heavy gaze!
For Hour's quarter denies an audience
This sunset may be a portal sweet
To the spirit longing for the Beyond
So before Dusk's sleepy blue
Behold Light's three pillars!
Perhaps your anxious marrow shall pray
It's God’s Heart drawing you Home

I have never witnessed such a sunset. Sounds almost like a religious experience.
