That Emotion

That Emotion

A Chapter by Shy Joe

I am sitting outside and there is no wind or breeze.  It is as if the world has stopped moving.  The soft grass between my fingers remains stagnate.  The trees are motionless pillars.

Then I think of you and my everything starts spinning.  The emotions you project on me make this world quake.  Your spirit spills onto this barren earth and animates the life in this heart.  Without you it withers and browns.

You're a drug. The ultimate high. The very foundation that holds up my sky.

Without you I die.

I am horrible at the projection of love, but hey, I'll keep giving it a shot.
