The Room

The Room

A Poem by Siddartha Beth Pierce

Sandalwood

vanilla

so Sublime

as to ripen

up the mind

in sweet coniptions

of ecstasy

as we flail

about the floor

not able to wait

anymore

too crazed

craved

to bother

taking the stairs

we land

right where we are

in one anothers

arms

sensually embracing

each others

undertakings

sickly sweet

wet

dripping

dropping

into the aroma

that takes me

as you do

when you first

enter,

the room.

I noticed a comment below re this poem reading like honey dripping. Indeed!

Again, your seamless concreteness conjures an understated elegant sensuality. Your overall artistic grace translates to sweet naturalism in matters erotic.

Delicious simplicity; lovely honeyed passion. Yum! ;-)

. . .I want to go to that room - where the magic happens, so well described. Fave line "too crazed craved

to bother taking the stairs"

Short lines in erotica always gives it a certain flow that is easier to read and catch. i think you captured the passion between two lovers who can't wait another second to indulge in their carnal pleasures. Nice teasing with word plays, i loved it~

I love this one. The meaning of two people craving one another is power and you have draw me in. I love this part:
Not able to wait
anymore
too crazed
craved
to bother
taking the stairs
we land
right where we are
in one anothers
arms
sensually embracing
each others

That what it feel like and its amazing to be able to share that

Beautiful...your a power writer
So I thx you
and thx you for leaving comments for me

Nice read, and very well done in closing the piece. THere is something about some people that take you away, you put that in words, and in feelings...well done
