Together Now

Our days apart

have come together

finally

in the joining

of our lips, our hips,

our hearts, our minds,

our souls-

as those days we

toiled in longing

to be together

have been put

asunder by the

meeting of our

two beings in

unison.

 

How could it have been

that it took so long-

now

in utter bliss

with each and

every kiss-

with you

the more time we

spend together

I feel there is

nothing I can

not do as I am

grateful for your

kind and loving support

as well as the

strength and tenderness

you give to me.

 

Please know always

that I love thee

and am thankful

for these many

joyful moments

together now and

forever.
