You Forgot

You Forgot

A Poem by SilverBullet
"

Just a short little poem about how easy it is for one person to forget about the love they once had and the other person never forgets.

"
You say you'd never forget,
the way you held me,
the way you kissed me,
the way you missed me,
the way you loved me.
But you forgot.

But I'll never forget,
the way you held me,
the way you kiss me,
the way you missed me,
the way you loved me,
But you forgot.

So I'll forever cry,
until you hold me again,
until you kiss me again,
until you miss me again,
until you love me again,
Until you un-forget.

You say you'd never forget,
the way you held me,
the way you kissed me,
the way you missed me,
the way you loved me.
But you forgot.

Loved the repeating words, as you did mine. It feels like how I go back and remember all my regrets, over and over. However each time I go back, it's always for a different reason, looking over the same moments.

Thank you for the read,
Crysta
